三类受体类激酶(receptor-like kinases)的功能缺失会改变根尖的脂质代谢。本研究测定了野生型(Col-0)与三重突变体arh1-2 fei1-C fei2-C的5 mm根尖中的脂质相对含量(n=6,P<0.05)。其中各缩写对应的脂质类别如下:GL为甘油酯(glycerolipids),DG为甘油二酯(diglyceride),TG为甘油三酯(triglyeride),SL为糖脂(saccharolipids),GP为甘油磷脂(glycerophospholipids),PC为磷脂酰胆碱(phosphatidylcholine),LPC为溶血磷脂酰胆碱(lyso-phosphatidylcholine),MePC为甲基磷脂酰胆碱(methylphosphatidylcholine),PG为磷脂酰甘油(phosphatidylglycerol),PS为磷脂酰丝氨酸(phosphatidylserine),PA为磷脂酸(phosphatidic acid),PE为磷脂酰乙醇胺(phosphatidylethanolamine),PEt为磷脂酰乙醇(phosphatidylethanol),SP为鞘脂(sphingolipids),Cer为神经酰胺(ceramides)。数据为6次生物学重复的平均值。
