This is the raw imaging data for the experiments'Non-Invasive MRI of BCSFB Function: Application to the Ageing Brain (n=24)' from the work 'Non-invasive MRI of Blood-Cerebrospinal Fluid Barrier Function' by Evans et al. The data is in Matlab format. The ASL data is in a 4D array where the first two array elements are the 2D MRI images, the 3rd element is the interleaved control and tagged images (together with the number of repetitions), and the 4th element is the number of inflow times (TI). The TIs used here are 750, 1500, 2750, 4000 and 6500ms.
本数据集为Evans等人在《血脑脊液屏障功能的无创磁共振成像》研究中,题为"无创磁共振成像检测血脑脊液屏障(Blood-Cerebrospinal Fluid Barrier, BCSFB)功能:在衰老大脑中的应用(n=24)"的实验的原始成像数据,数据以Matlab格式存储。实验所用的动脉自旋标记(Arterial Spin Labeling, ASL)数据存储于四维数组中,其中数组前两个元素为二维磁共振成像图像,第三个元素为交错排布的对照与标记图像(附带重复次数信息),第四个元素为流入时间(TI)的数量。本次实验所用的流入时间分别为750、1500、2750、4000与6500ms。
