(2022). <br>Contains the quantified expression levels ("out_matrix*.csv"), the reference metatranscriptome ("16_libs_contig.fa"), and the annotation for the reference metatranscriptome used for the functional analysis that used swissprot annotation ("sequence_annotation.txt") or for the taxonomy analysis that used BLASTn (16_libs_contig_relevant_blastn_nt.txt). <br>
