RNA sequencing for Drosophila male reproductive glands 0, 1 and 2 days after eclosion

This research investigates the impact of sexual maturation in the male reproductive glands of Canton-S. Male flies were collected immediately after eclosion and matured for 0, 24, or 48 hours. Then the isolated reproductive glands including male accessory glands, ejaculatory duct, and ejaculatory bulb without testes were processed for RNA sequencing.
