# COVID-19Plots and analysis relating to the coronavirus pandemic. # 新冠疫情（COVID-19）相关绘图与分析数据集
本数据集包含五组绘图及用于生成绘图的关联R代码，具体内容如下：
1. 热力图：每数日更新一次，涵盖英格兰、威尔士、苏格兰、爱尔兰及德国的地方行政区（或等效行政区）内新冠确诊病例与死亡病例的变化轨迹热力图。
2. 全因死亡率：每周二（英格兰与威尔士）、周三（苏格兰）及周五（北爱尔兰）更新，针对2020年的周度全因死亡数开展分析并生成绘图，按国家、年龄、性别及区域与往年数据进行对比；同时包含一组基于mortality.org数据开展的国际对比分析。

4. 多重剥夺指数分析：已停止更新，基于地方行政区层面的新冠确诊病例数与剥夺程度，针对新冠疫情的不平等影响开展初步分析。
5. 社会经济不平等分析：已停止更新（除非英国国家统计局（Office for National Statistics，简称ONS）发布更多相关数据），针对英国国家统计局发布的2020年新冠及其他原因死亡率数据，按剥夺十分位数与往年数据进行对比分析。
