Supplementary Data to manuscript "Frequent and Varied Recurrent Sequence Evolution After Gene Duplication" (submitted 2019).Contains 2883 eukaryotic protein families (defined with PANTHER profiles), total collection is about 1.9G after unzipping.<br>For each, we provide the multiple sequence alignment and annotation files that come out of our pipeline (view these using Jalview).We also provide a table with the P- and ZF-scores and the obtained duplication- and fate-clusters.See ReadMe.txt for more info.<br>

本数据为2019年投稿的学术论文《基因复制后频繁且多样的反复序列演化》（"Frequent and Varied Recurrent Sequence Evolution After Gene Duplication"）的补充数据集。
该数据集包含2883个真核生物蛋白质家族（通过PANTHER特征谱（PANTHER profiles）定义），解压后总文件大小约为1.9吉字节。
针对每个蛋白质家族，我们提供了自研分析流程产出的多序列比对文件与注释文件，可通过Jalview工具查看；此外还提供了一份包含P值、ZF得分以及所得复制聚类与命运聚类结果的表格。更多信息请参阅ReadMe.txt文件。
