补充文件9:表S6。显著差异丰度宏基因组组装基因组(Metagenome-Assembled Genomes, MAGs)。本表格用于对比40%(40vs80)、60%(60vs80)代谢能日粮(Metabolizable Energy Requirement, MER)处理组与80%处理组之间的差异丰度MAGs。差异丰度通过DESeq2中的似然比检验(Likelihood Ratio Test, LRT)计算得到,当以错误发现率(False Discovery Rate, FDR,即校正后P值)为判定标准时,差异具有统计学显著性。
