The obtained data was acquired by the interferometric fiber-optic sensor of distance. The setup was constructed of a broadband light source working at the central wavelength of 1310 nm, an optical spectrum analyzer, and a fiber-optic 2x1 coupler (with the power split 50:50). All elements were connected by standard single-mode optical fibers. The measurement head was made by a polished fiber end-face and an external mirror placed parallel to the fiber, creating a Fabry-Perot cavity. The silver film played the role of the mirror. The cavity length was changed by the use of a micrometer screw. Air was fulfilling the cavity during the whole experiment.
Measurements of distance were performed in the range of 0 – 200 µm with a step of 10 µm.
In the first column, there is the value of the wavelength [nm].
In the second column, there is the value of the power density [W].

本研究获取的实验数据由干涉型光纤距离传感器采集得到。实验系统由中心波长为1310 nm的宽带光源、光谱分析仪以及功率分光比为50:50的光纤2×1耦合器搭建而成,所有器件均通过标准单模光纤进行连接。测量探头由抛光后的光纤端面与平行于光纤放置的外置反射镜构成,形成法布里-珀罗(Fabry-Perot)谐振腔,其中银膜充当反射镜。通过千分尺螺杆调节谐振腔的腔长,整个实验过程中谐振腔内填充介质为空气。
本次距离测量的量程范围为0~200 µm,步长设置为10 µm。
数据表格第一列记录波长数值,单位为纳米(nm);第二列记录功率密度数值,单位为瓦(W)。
