The potato breeding program at CIP follows a recurrent selection scheme, where advanced clones are generated at each cycle. Such advanced clones need to be assessed in conditions that are representative of the target environments. Therefore, the objective was to evaluate late blight resistance and agronomic characteristics related to yield stability of advanced clones of the breeding program under specific environmental conditions in five different zones: two locations in the La Libertad region (La Soledad and Vista Florida), two locations in Huanuco (Independencia Alta and Yanuna), and one location in Junin (Huancayo).

国际马铃薯中心(CIP)的马铃薯育种项目采用轮回选择方案,每一轮育种周期均可培育出高级无性系。此类高级无性系需在与目标种植环境具有代表性的条件下开展性状评估。因此本研究的目标为:在五个不同区域的特定环境条件下,对该育种项目的高级无性系的晚疫病(late blight)抗性以及与产量稳定性相关的农艺性状进行评价。五个试验区域分别为:拉利伯塔德地区(La Libertad)的两个试验点——拉索莱达(La Soledad)与维斯塔弗洛里达(Vista Florida);瓦努科地区(Huanuco)的两个试验点——因德彭登西亚阿尔塔(Independencia Alta)与亚努纳(Yanuna);以及胡宁地区(Junin)的一个试验点——万卡约(Huancayo)。
