Quantitative Data Pre- & Post-Intervention

Pilot study performed to see whether pickleball as a meaningful intervention over 12 weeks would improve balance and reduce fear of falling in people with mild to moderate Parkinson's disease (ages 50+). Dynamic standing balance was significantly improved.
