机构编码数据库是中国疾病预防控制中心建立的基础编码平台，用于统一管理维护地区行政区划、网络报告机构和人口数据。该数据库收集了自2004年以来历年进行网络直报机构的基本信息，包括机构名称、所属地区、机构编码、机构类型、机构地址等，主要服务于传染病网络报告系统，涵盖各级卫生行政机构、疾病预防控制机构和医疗机构。The Institutional Coding Database is a foundational coding platform established by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) for the unified management and maintenance of regional administrative divisions, internet-reported institutions and population data. This database collects basic information of institutions that have carried out direct internet reporting annually since 2004, including institutional name, affiliated region, institutional code, institutional type, institutional address and other relevant information. It primarily serves the infectious disease internet reporting system, covering health administrative institutions, disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions at all levels.
