RNA-Seq reads of rice shoot and root under 1.6mM (normal) and 0.4mM (low) nitrogen (NH4+) conditions

To analyze the molecular response of Low-nitrogen tolerant line (KRIL37) which found from wild-rice introgression lines (KRILs), we set normal (1.6mM) and low (0.4mM) nitrogen (NH4+) conditions and cultivated 2 weeks under hydroponic conditions. A rice cultivar Koshihikari (Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica) was used as the control plant, since KRILs have a Koshihikari genetic background. Shoots and roots samples were collected separately. One cm from base region of shoot samples were removed to exclude shoot apical meristem. Each sample has 3 replicates, in total 24 samples were sequenced.
