Paediatric colon length dataset

The deposited Excel file contains the anonymised individual data of the measurements of the length of the colon of 16 children with functional constipation (FC) and 19 healthy children controls, all aged between 7 and 18 years old. The measurements of the length of each colon segment (ascending, transverse, descending, and sigmoid-rectum) were calculated from magnetic resonance images of the colon of the children, using manual segmentation and three-dimensional skeletonization image analysis methods. The file also contains the corresponding anonymised demographic data of the participants.

本数据集配套的Excel文件包含经匿名化处理的个体数据，涉及16名功能性便秘（functional constipation, FC）患儿与19名健康对照儿童的结肠长度测量结果，所有受试者年龄均介于7至18岁之间。各结肠分段（升结肠、横结肠、降结肠及乙状结肠-直肠）的长度测量数据，均通过对受试者结肠磁共振图像采用手动分割与三维骨架化图像分析方法计算得到。该文件同时包含受试者经匿名化处理的人口统计学相关数据。
