In this paper, experiments and analyses were performed on three chromosome public libraries: G-band, FISH images and Q-band. The band image library contains 2,986 chromosome images from 65 cells (33 males and 32 females) stained with Giemsa dye, with an original size of 224×224 pixels. 224 pixels, which were directly adjusted to 448×456 pixels by bilinear interpolation, showing a clearer pattern of dark and light bands along the chromosome central axis. The FISH image library contains 4,184 chromosome images from 91 cells (30 males and 61 females) imaged by fluorescence staining, with the original image size of 100×200 pixels, firstly expanded to 224×224 pixels by complementary 0, and then adjusted to 448×456 pixels by bilinear interpolation, without banding markers. The Q-band image library contains 5,474 images of 119 cells (45 males and 74 females) stained with quinacrine fluorescent dyes of different sizes, which were first filled to 224×224 pixels and then adjusted to 448×456 pixels by bilinear interpolation, and the chromosomes in this set of images showed different light and dark bands.
