Members present were: Cherie Bush, Takashi Nagatsuka, Jennifer Brannock, Cristina Roiu, Laila Hussein Moustafa, Anna Petronella Coreejes-Brink, Yukiyo Hasegawa, Jingzhu Wei, Wei Peng. The number of attendees is 9. Approval of minutes from 14 September pending posting by Takashi. 2. Action Plan 2023–2025: Reviewed and approved by Division A Chair (Marion). 3. Upcoming Webinar: Focus on South Africa. Petro, Takashi, Jennifer, and Cherie will coordinate. Tentative date: Q1 2024. 4. Other: – President’s Meeting in Brisbane, 29 Sep–2 Oct 2024. – Guidance needed on difference between “meeting” and “conference.” – Members asked to send webinar ideas, events, and relevant publications to the committee.
