This Zenodo data repository contains supporting information for "Assembly and Application of a Synthetic Bacterial Community for Enhancing Barley Tolerance to Drought." `genome_annotations.zip` contains annotation flat files for all genome assemblies presented in the aforementioned publication. `genome_assemblies.zip` contains the assemblies themselves; these can also be found on NCBI under Bioproject. `sample_full_taxonomy_relations.csv` is a file indicating the sample names (IsoXX) used in the annotations and assemblies with the species identifiers reported in the publication. `compiled_stats.zip` contains files detailing sequencing and assembly related statistics.
