通过整理、分析宁波地区进场交易高校的各类型知识产权成交量、成交金额和各类型知识产权平均成交金额，结合各高校的学科分布情况，得到针对不同类型高校转化各类知识产权的参考转化金额，以帮助宁波地区高校进行知识产权运用转化指导，提高知识产权运用转化效率。1.数据采集：从所有已在宁波市知识产权交易服务中心进场交易的单位中筛选出宁波的高校，对各高校的发明成交量及金额、实用新型成交量及金额、外观设计成交量及金额和软著成交量及金额进行采集。2.数据处理：计算得到各高校的发明平均成交金额=发明成交金额/发明成交量，实用新型平均成交金额=实用新型成交金额/实用新型成交量，外观设计平均成交金额=外观设计成交金额/外观设计成交量，软著平均成交金额=软著成交金额/软著成交量。3.经过统计、筛选得到宁波市各类型高校转化不同类型知识产权的合理成交金额范围。4.数据应用：根据各类知识产权的成交金额范围，为不同类型的高校知识产权管理提出合理建议，以帮助宁波地区高校进行知识产权战略制定和运用转化指导，提高知识产权运用转化效率。

This dataset is developed by sorting and analyzing the transaction volume, transaction amount, and average transaction amount of various types of intellectual property (IP) for universities in Ningbo that have completed on-site transactions, combined with the discipline distribution of each university, to derive reference commercialization values for IP commercialization of different types of universities, so as to provide guidance for IP utilization and commercialization of universities in Ningbo and enhance the efficiency of IP utilization and commercialization. 1. Data Collection: Screen out universities in Ningbo from all entities that have completed on-site transactions at the Ningbo Intellectual Property Transaction Service Center, and collect the transaction volume and amount of invention patents, utility model patents, design patents, and software copyrights for each university. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the average transaction amount of invention patents = total transaction amount of invention patents / transaction volume of invention patents; average transaction amount of utility model patents = total transaction amount of utility model patents / transaction volume of utility model patents; average transaction amount of design patents = total transaction amount of design patents / transaction volume of design patents; average transaction amount of software copyrights = total transaction amount of software copyrights / transaction volume of software copyrights. 3. Derive reasonable transaction amount ranges for IP commercialization by different types of universities in Ningbo via statistics and screening. 4. Data Application: Based on the transaction amount ranges of various IP types, propose reasonable suggestions for IP management of different types of universities, to assist universities in Ningbo in formulating IP strategies and guiding IP utilization and commercialization, thereby improving the efficiency of IP utilization and commercialization.
