RNA seq on murine basal keratinocytes and murine Lrig1 positive sorted keratinocytes

Unbiased approach to identify Epidermal Niche signals responsible for Hair follicle stem cells activation. We have analysed specifically Lrig1 positive cells using a genetically modified mouse where GFP is expressed under Lrig1 promoter at D28. We sorted cells and analyse Sorted GFP+ cells versus the basal cells from the same mouse. Overall design: RNA seq profiling of basal keratinocytes at D28 and Lrig1 positive GFP+ sorted cells.
