Identification of genes regulated by Ad4BP/SF-1/Nr5a1 in mouse adrenal zF cells

Ad4BP/SF-1/Nr5a1 is a nuclear receptor-type transcription factor expressed mostly in the gonads and adrenal cortex. We examined which genes are the potential target of the factor in adrenal zona fasciculata (zF) cells. Overall design: The zF cell was isolated from the adrenal gland of age-matched StAR-EGFP transgenic male and female mice (at 8 weeks old, C57BL/6 background, 4-5 mice per sample). 50,000 zF cells per sample were subjected to CUT&RUN-seq using anti-Ad4BP/SF-1 antibody. Two samples of each sex were independently prepared/analyzed.
