Artificial peptide substrates of transglutaminase 2 selected by cDNA display

This data set contains sequences of glutamine peptides selected as reactive transglutaminase 2 substrates using our novel cDNA display platform from a combinatorial library with 4 randomized positions around the reactive glutamine.
