Mapping Counts to Knob Repeats

These data contain the raw counts (number of sequence reads) that mapped to knob and CentC repeats, based on the a collection of Genbank files provided in a supplementary table of the Figure. Each row is one of 33 plants (see the paper)

本数据集包含比对至knob重复序列（knob repeats）与CentC重复序列（CentC repeats）的原始计数（即序列读数（sequence reads）的数量），其基于该论文附图的补充表格中提供的一系列GenBank（基因库）文件。数据集共包含33行数据，每一行对应一株供试植株，详细信息参见论文正文。
