Rate the Library - Student feedback 2018

During SA Library Week 2018, Library staff visited different buildings on campus and asked students to rate the library Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down and handed students poll papers to motivate their vote and give the library feedback. The responses were captured and coded thematically into Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down. The comments are used to improve the library facilities and services.
