Biologically informed deep learning integrating drug representations for breast cancer treatment selection

Breast cancer transcriptome and clinical data to train the model described in the manuscript. Train_transcriptome_clean.csv and Train_clincal_information_clean.csv are the cleaned transcriptome and clinical data in the training dataset. Validation_transcriptome_clean.csv and Validation_clincal_information_clean.csv are the cleaned transcriptome and clinical data in the validation dataset.
