Onemap to rQTL 4-way cross text file conversion script

本数据集包含R Notebook markdown文档与配套数据环境，内含用于将本关联研究手稿中的Onemap输出转换为rQTL所需四向杂交（4-way cross）格式的脚本文件：Onemap_rQTL_filechange.Rmd、Onemao_rQTL_filechange.RData。

脚本运行所需的示例数据亦一并收录，具体包括Example_geno_file.txt、Example_phen_file.txt与Example_map_file.txt。
