Installation, tests and demonstration of large area scanning, up to about 100 M pixels at down to 50 microseconds dwell per pixel, using the Maia 96 detector prototype at the XFM beamline. \nLineage: Data was produced using the Maia 96 element detector array prototype on the XFM X-ray microprobe beamline of the Australian Synchrotron and processed using the GeoPIXE software package.\n
