Geochemical analyses of ice cores to investigate the hydrology and biogeochemistry of Lake Eggers, McMurdo Sound, Antarctica

Abstract: This dataset includes geochemical and macronutrient analyses of ice cores collected from Lake Eggers in the coastal polar desert of McMurdo Sound (Brown Peninsula, Antarctica). Samples were collected to investigate the linkages between hydro-climate, ecology, and landscape of this deeply frozen lake.
