Additional data not used in the main text can be found in the appendix folders.

For the simulation of TCCR using a finite element model, a COMSOL 6.1 file is provided in the appendix_TCCR_simulation_COMSOL folder. This folder also includes a technical note in PDF format.

Details regarding fabrication are available in the appendix_device_fabrication folder, which contains the .gds files.
