Las epidemias de peste en la España Moderna: un balance historiográfico

This article analyzes the evolution followed by studies on bubonic plague epidemics in Spain by their historiography in the 1970s. The reception of the theoretical and methodological novelties of other European historiographies and its confluence with different historical disciplines with a long tradition in Spain, such as the History of Medicine or Social History, was fundamental for the relevance of the subject. Starting in the 1990s, the interest in this topic entered a declining stage, marked by a shift towards its study from cultural history.

本文分析了20世纪70年代西班牙腺鼠疫（bubonic plague）流行病史学研究的演进脉络。学界吸纳其他欧洲史学界的理论与方法创新，并与西班牙本土拥有悠久传统的多门历史学科（如医学史、社会史）实现交汇融合，这是该研究议题成为重要学术主题的核心前提。自20世纪90年代起，该议题的研究热度进入衰退阶段，其研究方向转向了文化史视角下的探讨。
