Effect of using personal protective equipment during the COVID-19 pandemic on the quality indicators of screening colonoscopies.

This dataset was collected from St. Luke's University Health network. It collects all screening colonoscopies done in the network with documented cecal intubation and scope withdrawal times between 2019 (Pre-COVID 19) and 2020 (COVID-19) to see if there is a difference that could be attributed to the adoption of personal protective equipment. A separate file contains calculations for adenoma detection rate between the two years. Patient identifiers have been removed.

本数据集采集自圣路加大学医疗网络（St. Luke's University Health Network），收录了该网络内2019年（新冠疫情前）至2020年（新冠疫情期间）所有经文档记录盲肠插管成功且标注肠镜退镜时间的筛查性结肠镜检查，旨在探究是否存在可归因于个人防护装备（personal protective equipment）推广使用的检查差异。另有单独文件包含两年间腺瘤检出率的相关计算结果，且已移除患者身份识别信息。
