Transcriptome reprogramming through alternative splicing triggered by apigenin drives cell death in triple negative breast cancer

Apigenin reprogrammes the transcriptome of TNBC through alternative splicing thereby exerting anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic activities. Our findings underscore the potential impact of nutraceuticals for improved TNBC prevention and treatment. Overall design: Comparative alternative splciing analyses of RNA-seq data for triple negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells treated with vehicle or apigenin (DMSO, Api). Twp biological replicates analyzed for both conditions.
