Gene expression data from lung 1 day after influenza infection with liraglutide

We found liraglutide ameliorates influenza virus infection in mice.Using a microarray, we identified a group of up-regulated genes that could explain influenza improvement. Mice were anesthetized and A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1; PR8) influenza virus (10 TCID50/50μl) was intratracheally administered to each mouse. Liraglutide(200 μg per kg body weight/0.2ml) or saline (0.2ml) are subcutaneously injected to each mice(n=each 3). One day after the infection, the lung was excised and the gene expressions were analyzed.
