The <b>CRONICAS Cohort Study</b> is a longitudinal study performed in four Peruvian settings that differ by degree of urbanisation, level of outdoor and indoor pollution, and altitude.<br>The <b>CRONICAS Cohort Study protocol and variables</b> are described in full in:<br>Miranda JJ, Bernabe-Ortiz A, Smeeth L, Gilman RH, Checkley W; CRONICAS Cohort Study Group.
