Preferred delivery options for online shopping in Austria in 2023

Delivery is the most important step for the consumer in any e-commerce purchase. In 2023, around 58 percent of people said it was very important to them that there were different delivery options with regard to when the package would arrive, e.g. an express delivery or a standard delivery. Almost 40 percent of people wanted a same day delivery option.
