Its core value lies in identifying intestinal lesions through direct visual imaging, providing evidence for clinical intervention. However, traditional colonoscopy reports mostly rely on qualitative descriptions and lack unified quantitative standards, resulting in subjective differences among physicians when evaluating lesion risks. This limitation is particularly pronounced in specific intestinal segments such as the transverse colon, owing to its complex anatomical structure. Lesion characteristics (e.g., the villous structure proportion of adenomatous polyps) are closely associated with malignant transformation risk, but existing technologies are unable to accurately quantify these correlations. Through statistics and calculations of various pathological indicator data, clinicians can obtain intuitive understanding of lesion progression in other similar patients (e.g., doubling time). Meanwhile, it can automatically generate diagnostic opinions based on different risk levels and produce clear structured diagnostic reports. Ultimately, a dataset integrating risk quantitative assessment, clinical decision support, and standardized report generation will be established, comprehensively improving the diagnosis, treatment and management level of transverse colon lesions.
