统计分析时间范围内燃气公司用户用气量、用气金额、当前阶梯单价，账户余额变更记录、期间充值金额、期间补气金额、期间退气金额、差值金额等。用于跟踪检测用户用气情况，可避免出现用气金额不平的现象,维护燃气用户合法权益。针对用气金额，燃气公司也可以清楚的了解用户习惯，有助于预测未来的用气需求，为天然气供应和运营提供依据。1.数据采集：采集抄表员针对用户上门进行抄表，通过设备上传用户表具读数。
2.数据处理：对采集到的数据进行清洗，排除抄表度数为0的或者为null的数据后按用户进行分类，作为最基本数据。
3.数据分析：对处理后的数据按用户进行分类，按算法公式进行统计，户名、户号、表号、客户地址、电话为业务系统实际用户信息，单价为用户年度累计用气量对应价格阶梯单价，用气量=本次抄表读数-上次抄表读数，用气金额=用气量*单价（用户当前所处阶梯价格）。期间充值金额为统计时间范围内，用户的充值记录金额总和。期间补气金额为统计范围内用户补气金额总和。期间退气金额为统计范围内用户退气金额总和，差额金额=上次账户余额-本次账户余额+充值量-用气金额+补气金额-扣气金额。

Regarding gas expenditure, gas companies can clearly understand users' consumption habits, which helps predict future gas demand and provide a basis for natural gas supply and operations.

1. Data Collection: Meter readers conduct on-site meter reading for users, and upload the meter readings via connected devices.

2. Data Processing: Clean the collected data, exclude records with zero or null meter reading values, then classify the remaining data by user to form the basic dataset.

3. Data Analysis: Classify the processed data by user and conduct statistics according to algorithmic formulas. The user name, user ID, meter number, customer address, and contact phone number are the actual user information from the business system. The unit price refers to the tiered unit price corresponding to the user's annual cumulative gas consumption. The calculation formulas are as follows:
Gas consumption = current meter reading - previous meter reading;
Gas expenditure = gas consumption × tiered unit price (the tiered price applicable to the user's current gas usage stage);
Total recharge amount during the statistical period refers to the sum of all recharge record amounts of users within this period;
Total supplementary gas amount refers to the sum of all supplementary gas amounts of users within this period;
Total gas refund amount refers to the sum of all gas refund amounts of users within this period;
Difference amount = previous account balance - current account balance + recharge amount - gas expenditure + supplementary gas amount - gas deduction amount.
