Peptidomic profiling reveals extracellular matrix remodeling signatures discriminative of progression to multiple myeloma
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains urinary peptidomic profiles generated by capillary electrophoresis coupled to mass spectrometry (CE–MS) from patients with multiple myeloma (MM), monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS), smoldering multiple myeloma (sMM), and non-malignant controls. The data were generated to investigate systemic extracellular matrix remodeling associated with disease initiation and progression in plasma cell neoplasia. Urine samples were processed using standardized CE–MS workflows, and detected peptide features were annotated by molecular mass, migration time, and signal intensity. Processed peptide datasets and associated metadata are provided. The dataset supports biomarker discovery and validation analyses described in the associated research manuscript entitled “CE–MS–derived urinary peptide biomarkers to classify multiple myeloma and precursor states.” The data may be reused for method development, comparative peptidomics, and studies on non-invasive disease monitoring. The study was conducted within ELMUMY project (Grant agreement ID: 101097094) funded by the European Commission.
