A 10K target-capture SNP panel for multi-trait high-altitude adaptation in Tibetan dairy cattle

This dataset contains genotype and phenotype data generated from a custom 10K SNP capture panel (genotyping-by-targeted-sequencing, GBTS) in Tibetan and lowland cattle. The VCF file includes 11,637 SNPs typed in 1551 individuals, which were used for genome-wide association analyses of hematological and hemorheological traits under high-altitude conditions. The accompanying metadata file provides individual IDs, population information and trait measurements. These data support the findings reported in the manuscript
