為推動地價資訊流通，提供本市110年公告土地現值資料檔下載使用。
資料欄位說明：行政區、段小段、地號（為地號母號、地號子號各4碼，一共為8碼。）、公告土地現值(元/㎡)，本資料檔係為產製當時之資料，後續因土地分割、合併等致地價變動，可利用本府地政處便民查詢系統《https://landquery.klcg.gov.tw/query/valueprice.jsp?menu=true&type=P》所提供公告土地現值、公告地價查詢功能，如有土地合併或分割時，該系統會同步更新土地分割或合併後之地價資料，亦可顯示面積資料。

To promote the circulation of land price information, this dataset provides downloads of the announced land current value data files for this city in the 110th year of the Republic of China (2021).

Data Field Descriptions: Administrative District, Section and Sub-section, Land Parcel Number (composed of a 4-digit parent land parcel number and a 4-digit child land parcel number, totaling 8 digits), Announced Land Current Value (NTD/㎡).

This data file contains information as of the time of its compilation. For subsequent land price changes caused by land subdivision, merger or other scenarios, users may use the Announced Land Current Value and Announced Land Price inquiry functions provided by the Civil-Friendly Inquiry System of the Municipal Land Administration Office via the link <https://landquery.klcg.gov.tw/query/valueprice.jsp?menu=true&type=P>. When land merger or subdivision occurs, this system will synchronously update the land price data after subdivision or merger, and can also display area information.
