Sample size effects on population demographic estimates in birds using single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data

Reference assemblies and associated vcf files (with no Z-linked loci and thinned to one SNP per locus) for eight lineages of Trans-Beringian birds. These are the datasets we analyzed for sample-size effects on demographic population parameter estimates using the software dadi (Gutenkunst et al. 2009). <br>

本数据集包含跨白令海峡鸟类（Trans-Beringian birds）8个演化支的参考基因组组装文件与配套的vcf（变异检测格式，Variant Call Format）文件，此类vcf文件已剔除Z连锁位点，并经稀疏化处理，每个位点仅保留一个单核苷酸多态性（SNP）。本数据集为我们利用dadi软件（Gutenkunst等，2009）分析种群人口统计学参数估计的样本量效应时所采用的分析数据集。
