Utilize the omics data to reveal the role of aaNAT1 in the salivary glands of Aedes aegypti and to analyze changes in gene expression in the salivary glands after blood feeding

Collect the salivary glands of Aedes aegypti that were injected with AaaaNAT1 dsRNA, injected with GUS dsRNA, subjected to blood feeding, and received no treatment, respectively. Then, perform transcriptome sequencing on these four sample groups. Utilize the omics data to reveal the role of aaNAT1 in the salivary glands of Aedes aegypti and to analyze changes in gene expression in the salivary glands after blood feeding.
