对云南省中部墨江县勃氏甜龙竹种植区的竹笋及对应产地土壤进行采样,通过测定土壤和竹笋重金属及抗生素的含量,对抗生素及引入生物可给行进行重金属潜在膳食风险评价。结果表明:研究区竹林土壤和竹笋中重金属含量存在点源污染,土壤样品Cd和As的样点超标率较高,为33.33%和25.93%,竹笋中Cr的样品超标率最高,达到29.63%。基于生物可给性的健康风险评估更真实可靠,竹笋虽存在超标情况,但是每日摄入量均在可耐受水平内,长期摄入受污染的竹笋对成人和儿童均存在一定程度的不可耐受致癌风险,非致癌风险可以忽略不计,
Sampling was conducted on bamboo shoots and their corresponding soils from the Dendrocalamus brandisii cultivation area in Mojiang County, central Yunnan Province. The contents of heavy metals and antibiotics in both soils and bamboo shoots were measured, and potential dietary risk assessments for heavy metals and antibiotics were carried out by incorporating bioaccessibility. The results revealed that point source pollution of heavy metals occurred in the bamboo forest soils and bamboo shoots of the study region. The exceeding-standard rates of Cd and As in soil samples were relatively high, accounting for 33.33% and 25.93% respectively, while the exceeding-standard rate of Cr in bamboo shoot samples was the highest, reaching 29.63%. Health risk assessments based on bioaccessibility are more realistic and credible. Although some bamboo shoot samples exceeded the standard limits, their daily intake was within the tolerable range. Long-term consumption of contaminated bamboo shoots poses a certain level of carcinogenic risk exceeding the tolerable threshold for both adults and children, while non-carcinogenic risks are negligible.
