SNPs associated with CAD, stroke, atherosclerotic aortic calcification (AAC) in the HDAC9-associated risk locus and its vicinity.

SNPs correspond to those presented in Fig 1 and are ranked by P value. SNPs were obtained from published reports [13–16] and public databases, including the GWAS catalog [25] and PhenoScanner [26]. None of the SNPs had a stronger beta and/or smaller P value for AAC or stroke than for CAD, and therefore the beta, standard error and P value listed in Table 1 are for CAD.
