肉鸭生产性能包括体重、体增重、平均日采食量、料重比;血液生化指标包括血清钙、磷、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素、ALP含量;胫骨质量包括胫骨强度、灰分、钙磷含量;屠宰性能包括屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率;肌肉品质包括剪切力、肉色亮度值、黄度值以及红度值;养分消化率包括干物质消化率、能量消化率、蛋白质消化率、钙和磷消化率以及增重氮磷排放量;排泄物中锌、锰、铜和铁含量。
The production performance of meat ducks covers body weight, body weight gain, average daily feed intake, and feed conversion ratio. Blood biochemical indicators include serum calcium, phosphorus, total protein, albumin, urea, and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) content. Tibial quality traits consist of tibial strength, ash content, and calcium and phosphorus contents. Slaughter performance includes slaughter rate, semi-evisceration rate, full evisceration rate, breast muscle rate, and leg muscle rate. Meat quality traits involve shear force, meat color lightness value, yellowness value, and redness value. Nutrient digestibility includes dry matter digestibility, energy digestibility, protein digestibility, calcium and phosphorus digestibility, as well as nitrogen and phosphorus emissions associated with weight gain. Also included are the contents of zinc, manganese, copper, and iron in excreta.
