新疆维吾尔自治区实施《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》办法

该文档为《新疆维吾尔自治区实施<中华人民共和国野生动物保护法>办法》，于1991年11月2日自治区第七届人大常委会第二十三次会议通过，1991年11月2日公布施行，根据1997年1月22日自治区第八届人大常委会第二十五次会议《关于修改〈自治区实施中华人民共和国野生动物保护法办法〉的决定》修正。为保护、发展和合理利用野生动物资源，拯救珍贵、濒危野生动物，维护生态平衡，根据《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》和有关法律法规，结合自治区实际，制定本办法。

This document is the Measures of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for the Implementation of the Wild Animal Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. It was adopted at the 23rd Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 7th People's Congress of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on November 2, 1991, and promulgated and put into effect on the same day. It was revised in accordance with the Decision on Amending the Measures of the Autonomous Region for the Implementation of the Wild Animal Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, adopted at the 25th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 8th People's Congress of the Autonomous Region on January 22, 1997. These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Wild Animal Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, in light of the actual conditions of the autonomous region, for the purposes of protecting, developing and rationally utilizing wildlife resources, rescuing rare and endangered wild animals, and maintaining ecological balance.
