The Transcriptome Signature of Neutrophils in RA Patients

In this study, we collected peripheral blood from four osteoarthritis (OA) , four remission RA (rRA), and three active RA (aRA) patients and isolated neutrophils with or without PMA treatment for transcriptome sequencing. This work provides insight into the transcriptome signature of neutrophils based on the distinct clinical state of rheumatoid arthritis in patients. It also explores the enriched pathways in RA disease and hub genes for the formation of NETs at the transcriptome level.
