多环芳烃(Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs)是一类典型的持久性有机污染物物质(Persistent Organic Pollutants，POPs)，极地区域亦检测到PAHs的存在。
2012年北极黄河站考察期间，于7月开展陆上和海上多介质有机污染物样品采集。本数据包含新奥尔松地区各站位(号)土壤多环芳烃含量。
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a typical class of persistent organic pollutants (POPs), and their presence has been detected in polar regions. During the 2012 Arctic Yellow River Station expedition, multi-media organic pollutant samples were collected on land and at sea in July. This dataset contains the PAH concentrations in soils from each sampling station in the Ny-Ålesund area.
