Australasia Killer whale mtDNA and SNP data

There are two files here.<br>File titled "AustralasiaCRhaplotypesMMSCI5041.fasta" is based on killer whale haplotypes found in Reeves et al. in review. They were generated based on a 434bp fragment of the mtDNA control region.<br>The file "OrcaCleanFinal.vcf" represent samples used in neutral SNP dataset. <br>For all files refer to Supplementary Table S6 for sample details in the Marine Mammal Science Manuscript 5041, by Reeves et al. in review.<br>

本数据集包含两个文件。
名为"AustralasiaCRhaplotypesMMSCI5041.fasta"的文件基于Reeves等人待发表研究中发现的虎鲸单倍型，该序列由线粒体DNA（mitochondrial DNA，mtDNA）控制区434bp的片段构建得到。
文件"OrcaCleanFinal.vcf"对应中性单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）数据集所使用的样本。
