2013-2018年水稻供应链损失和消费浪费数据集

基于物质流分析方法，通过采用损失和浪费比的K指乘以相应供应链环节的输入或者库存量来核算每阶段的损失，最终核算出中国水稻整个供应链的食物损失和浪费情况，获得2013-2018年水稻供应链损失和消费浪费数据集。

Based on the material flow analysis (MFA) method, the loss at each stage of the supply chain is calculated by multiplying the K index of loss and waste ratio by the input or inventory volume of the corresponding supply chain link. Ultimately, the food loss and waste across the entire rice supply chain in China are quantified, and a dataset of rice supply chain losses and consumption waste for the period 2013–2018 is developed.
