Metagenome sequencing and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were used to study changes in the fecal cortisol concentration, as well as the intestinal microbiome composition and function of females and fawns at three different separation times, i.e., after 80 days, 90 days and 100 days.
本研究采用宏基因组测序(Metagenome sequencing)与酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays),针对80天、90天及100天三个不同分离时间节点后的雌性个体与幼崽,分析其粪便皮质醇浓度、肠道菌群组成及功能的变化。
