HLY-04-03 High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Pigment Data (ASCII). Version 1.0

This data set includes pigment analyses using the High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method proposed by Wright et. al. (1991). Samples were collected at the surface and at the chlorophyll max, identified from the in situ fluorometer on the Conductivity Temperature Depth (CTD). These data are from the 2004 Summer SBI cruise aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) Healy. These data are in ASCII format.

本数据集包含采用Wright等人（1991年）提出的高效液相色谱法（High Performance Liquid Chromatography, HPLC）完成的色素分析数据。样本分别采集于表层水体与叶绿素最大值层，该层通过温盐深剖面仪（Conductivity Temperature Depth, CTD）搭载的现场荧光计识别确定。本数据源自2004年夏季SBI航次，搭载平台为美国海岸警卫队“希利号”巡逻舰（U.S. Coast Guard Cutter, USCGC Healy）。所有数据以ASCII格式存储。
